Jacksonville Specialty Appointments
Nemours Children's Health, Jacksonville is affiliated with Wolfson Children’s Hospital and provides compassionate care for children with complicated health issues. Serving families from northeast Florida and southeast Georgia, our main specialty care location sits on the southbank of the St. Johns River. We also provide expert specialty medical care at our locations in South Jacksonville (near Baptist Medical Center South), Fleming Island and Nocatee.

You now have the option of requesting appointments for your patients online. Our eReferral Program should be used only for routine appointments. For urgent referrals, please call the clinic directly.

Nemours Link is designed to help community-based physicians more easily monitor patients they have referred to Nemours or one of its affiliate locations for care and treatment. This secure website is only available to registered users. User ID and password are required.
