What is MyNemours?

At Nemours, one of our goals is to improve the delivery and coordination of health care to children. As part of this effort, Nemours has developed MyNemours, a confidential, easy-to-use, Internet-based tool that gives parents and legal guardians secure electronic access to select portions of their child’s medical records. Best of all, MyNemours can be used from the comfort of your own home.

What type of information is available via MyNemours?

MyNemours allows parents to review their child’s clinical information (such as laboratory and imaging results), medical summaries, immunization records, and upcoming appointments.

Is MyNemours secure?

MyNemours is a secure Internet-based tool that is only available to registered users. A user ID and password is required. Confidential patient information in MyNemours is protected by various state and federal privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

What is required for participation?

MyNemours is a free program available to patients and their parents or legal guardians. A valid email address is required, this email will be used to ntify you of new information within MyNemours.
