Conferences offer health professionals the opportunity to meet with others in their field, learn from one another, and focus their shared attention on important topics.
Nemours Office of Continuing Medical Education coordinates several live conferences each year. Information and registration details can be found on PedsEducation.org.
In addition, the Department of Nursing works collaboratively with other health care institutions in our region to co-sponsor several important educational programs:
- Regional Pediatric Nursing Conference (held each October in Philadelphia)
- Annual Nursing Research Conference (held each November in Newark, Delaware)
- Injury Prevention Conference (held each June in Dover, Delaware)
