Financial Assistance Programs
Thank you for choosing Nemours / A.I. duPont Hospital for Children for your child’s healthcare needs. Before your child’s visit, it is important to plan ahead for financial coverage of your medical bills. We accept most private health insurance and State Medicaid.
We understand that some families will require financial assistance in paying for medical expenses. The Nemours Financial Counselors can assist you with the proper guidance. For families and patients that are uninsured or underinsured:
- Provide information on State Medicaid/ State Children’s Health Insurance Programs (CHIP) in your state.
- Assist the families and patients with the Nemours Financial Assistance Program application process. This program is based on family size and income. Families that qualify will be granted a discount or free medical care based on the Nemours Financial Assistance Income and family size guidelines.
- We could arrange payment plan to fit your budget.
The Nemours Financial Assistance Program applies to both A.I. Dupont Hospital, DE and Nemours Children Clinic in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.
