Visiting Medical Students Overview

Thank you for your interest in the MS4 Visiting Students Program at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware. We’re looking forward to meeting you.

Rotating at our hospital is a great way to experience some of the finest instruction and patient care at one of the country’s top pediatric hospitals. Here you can learn amidst a diverse population, allowing for a wide range of clinical experiences, and see firsthand some of the more uncommon childhood disease states.

We offer a variety of 4th year subspecialty electives, as well as two sub-internship programs in inpatient pediatrics and outpatient pediatrics. All rotations will give you access to our dedicated faculty members, who share a passion for education and want to help you succeed, and on many rotations you will also overlap with our pediatric residents, who love teaching and working with medical students.

Please note that we do not participate in VSLO, and you do not have to pay a fee to apply to the program.
