Parking/Transportation

We’re located at the corner of 9th and Chestnut Streets on the third floor of the Digital Trust Building. Use the building entrance at 33 South 9th Street and take the elevator to the third floor.

We’re near SEPTA’s 8th Street station on the Market-Frankford line and several SEPTA bus routes. Reduced-cost parking vouchers (three-hour maximum) are available at our front desk for SP+ Parking at 8th and Market Streets.

Appointments

Call for availability. We also offer free meet-and-greet appointments.

First Visit

A parent or legal guardian must be with your child for the first visit. If a legal guardian, rather than a parent, goes with your child, the guardian must bring guardianship and custody papers for us to see your child.

Office Policies

We’ll complete forms for physicals and health appraisals, such as general sports physicals, within 48 hours.

If you’re up to 15 minutes late for an appointment, your provider can still see your child. However, later arrivals may need to see another provider or reschedule.

With advance notice, interpreter services are available in most languages and for those who are hard of hearing.
