Cancer Stem Cell Laboratory
Cancer Stem Cell Laboratory focuses on developing novel disease models using custom generated induced pluripotent stem cells and CRISPR/Cas9 technologies for Pediatric Leukemia to understand the initiation and progression of the disease. Further emphasis has given to understand the specific properties of pediatric leukemia stem cells so as to exploit these features for developing the targeted therapy against stem cells.
This lab is associated with Center for Childhood Cancer Research and Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
