Junior Achievement

Empowering, Inspiring, and Preparing Young People to Succeed

3DE, one of several Junior Achievement (JA) programs, creates a customized approach to redesigning high school education to be relevant, experiential, and authentically connected to prepare the youth of today for their future in the workplace. Coursework is complemented by career readiness experiences including career-site visits, interacting with business coaches, and consultancy experiences.

The Ginsburg Institute has partnered with the Nemours Children's Workforce Pipeline Development Program (WPDP) and Community Engagement to support high school experiences that go beyond the classroom walls. Students from East River High School will explore a real-world business challenge and use critical & analytical thinking to solve the problem as a team. Ginsburg’s support also includes Learning Experiences such as JA Inspire Events in Orange and Osceola counties.
