Nemours pediatric specialists are available around-the-clock at Jefferson Abington Hospital for:
- Emergency Department (ED) care — Our pediatric specialists provide consultations for children and teens in the hospital’s ED, as needed. That means Jefferson Health's physicians work with our pediatric specialists in order to give children the best possible care from doctors who treat kids every day.
- Newborn care — Nemours neonatologists (newborn medicine specialists) are at Jefferson Abington Hospital to provide specialized care to premature, high-risk, and critically ill infants in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
