BBQ Roasted Cauliflower Wings

These BBQ roasted cauliflower wings are packed with flavor and have a crispy exterior with a tender interior, making them a perfect snack or side dish for any occasion. They're sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Yields 4 Servings
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the BBQ sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Transfer the roasted cauliflower wings to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish, if desired.
  8. Serve the BBQ roasted cauliflower wings hot as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
