BBQ Roasted Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite brand or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the BBQ sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Transfer the roasted cauliflower wings to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish, if desired.
