Blazing Buffalo Brussels Sprouts Chips With Ranch

Grab a bag of Brussels sprouts and your favorite chips to make this quick and easy snack recipe.

Ingredients

Yields 4 Servings

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced thick
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce
  • 3 fl oz light ranch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a saute pan or skillet on medium high heat.
  2. Add the olive oil to the saute pan then add the Brussels sprouts
  3. Once golden brown around the edges, flip the Brussels sprouts using tongs or culinary tweezers
  4. Once the Brussels sprouts are browned on both sides, remove them to a tray line with paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
  5. Place the Brussels sprouts chips on a serving platter and drizzle with hot sauce
  6. Serve as an appetizer with the light ranch on the side for dipping.
